Driver Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the FairTaxi platform as a driver.

Subscription Terms

Drivers pay a flat €50/mo subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly via Stripe. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

Direct Charge Model

FairTaxi operates on a direct-charge model via Stripe Connect. You are the merchant of record for passenger fares.

Acceptable Use and Suspension

You must comply with all safety and regulatory requirements. FairTaxi may suspend your account for compliance or safety violations.

Regulatory Requirements

You must maintain a valid PSV license, NCT certificate, vehicle insurance, and current Garda Vetting.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes may be resolved via the small-claims court or the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) where applicable.
