Rider Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the FairTaxi platform as a passenger.

Account Use

You must provide accurate information to register and use the platform.

Payment Authorization

By adding a payment method, you authorize FairTaxi and its drivers to charge fares and applicable fees, including cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy

A €5 fee applies if you cancel a ride more than 2 minutes after a driver has accepted your request.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
